Vaillant boilers fitted from £2,250
We fit Vaillant gas boilers across Liverpool and Merseyside, with prices from £2,250 fitted. Both the ecoTEC pro and the ecoFIT pure combi carry a two-year standard guarantee from Vaillant, with longer cover available through your installer. Every installation is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers under registration 541116, and we have been fitting boilers in the city for more than 30 years. Finance is available through Novuna.
The two Vaillant combis we fit
We keep our Vaillant range deliberately short, so the boilers we quote are the ones our engineers fit week in, week out. Both are wall-hung gas combination boilers, which heat your radiators and supply hot water on demand without a cylinder or a loft tank. The Vaillant ecoTEC pro combi is £2,250 fitted and the ecoFIT pure combi is £2,400 fitted. If your pipework, flue route or gas supply needs altering, we will tell you before you commit rather than after the van arrives. We also fit Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Glow-worm, Ideal and Baxi MainEco, so if a Vaillant is not the right appliance for your home we will say so and show you what else is worth looking at.
Vaillant ecoTEC pro combi, £2,250 fitted
The ecoTEC pro is Vaillant's straightforward combi and the one most Liverpool households end up with. Vaillant builds it in three combi outputs, 24kW, 28kW and 30kW, so there is a size for a one-bedroom flat and a size for a three-bedroom semi with a family bathroom. Vaillant states the range is Quiet Mark certified, with the exception of the 24kW model, which matters more than people expect when the boiler sits in a kitchen next to a living room. It carries a two-year standard guarantee from Vaillant, with the option to upgrade to ten years, and Vaillant notes that charges may apply for that upgrade. Our fitted price is £2,250, and we handle the guarantee registration on the day.
Vaillant ecoFIT pure combi, £2,400 fitted
The ecoFIT pure is the compact one. Vaillant makes the combi in 25kW, 30kW and 35kW outputs with a hot water flow rate of up to 14.1 litres per minute, and rates the range ErP A for both heating and hot water efficiency. Vaillant describes it as compact enough to fit inside a kitchen cupboard and offers a rear flue option, which helps in terraced houses where the boiler sits on an outside wall with no room for a side flue. It uses an aluminium heat exchanger and is built at Vaillant's factory in Belper, Derbyshire. The standard guarantee is two years, extendable to ten when the boiler is fitted by a Vaillant myREWARDS installer and registered with a Vaillant boiler protection kit. Fitted price is £2,400.
What the Vaillant guarantee actually covers
You will see ten-year Vaillant guarantees advertised widely, so it is worth being precise. Vaillant's own product pages state a two-year standard guarantee on both the ecoTEC pro and the ecoFIT pure. Ten years is an upgrade, not the default. On the ecoTEC pro, Vaillant offers the option to upgrade to ten years and notes that charges may apply. On the ecoFIT pure, up to ten years is available when the boiler is fitted by a myREWARDS installer and registered alongside a Vaillant boiler protection kit or advanced boiler protection kit filter. We will tell you at the quote stage exactly what length of cover your installation qualifies for and what it costs, rather than printing a headline number on a leaflet and leaving you to discover the conditions later.
Keeping the guarantee valid
Two conditions catch people out, and both are set by Vaillant rather than by us. The first is registration. Vaillant's terms require the boiler guarantee to be registered within 30 days of installation, and state that failing to register inside that window drops the cover back to 12 months from the date of installation. The second is servicing. Vaillant requires the boiler to be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer in line with the manufacturer's instructions, with the Benchmark logbook completed by the installer at the point of installation and retained on site for inspection. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Ours are, under registration 541116, and we complete the Benchmark logbook before we leave. We can book your annual service so the cover stays intact.
Sizing a Vaillant combi for your home
Output is about hot water, not about how cold your house gets. A combi heats water as it flows, so the number of bathrooms and the pressure at your mains matter more than floor area. As a general guide, a flat or a small two-bedroom terrace with one bathroom is usually served by the 24kW or 25kW models, a typical three-bedroom Liverpool semi by 28kW or 30kW, and a larger house with a second shower by the 30kW or 35kW ecoFIT pure. We check the incoming mains flow rate before quoting, because a large combi on a weak supply will never deliver the flow rate printed in the brochure. Oversizing costs you money and gains you nothing, so we size to what the house can actually draw.
Why Merseyside homeowners choose Vaillant
Vaillant was named a Which? Recommended Brand for gas boilers in September 2025, achieving five stars for reliability and five stars for engineer recommendations. That second score is the one our engineers pay attention to, because it reflects how the boilers are built, how easy they are to repair and service, and how readily spare parts turn up. Vaillant manufactures in Belper, Derbyshire, which helps when a part is needed at short notice. We hold Which? Trusted Trader status ourselves and have been fitting gas boilers across Merseyside for over 30 years, so the two things that matter on a boiler swap, a dependable appliance and an installer who comes back if it plays up, are both accounted for.
Spreading the cost
You do not have to pay for a new boiler all at once. Finance is available through Novuna Personal Finance, subject to status and a credit check, with a minimum 20% deposit and a 14-day cooling-off period. The available terms, APRs and full representative examples are set out on our finance page, and we will run the figures for your quote before you commit.
Common questions
How long is the warranty on a Vaillant boiler?
Vaillant states a two-year standard guarantee on both the ecoTEC pro and the ecoFIT pure. Longer cover is an upgrade rather than the default. Vaillant offers an upgrade to ten years on the ecoTEC pro, noting that charges may apply, and up to ten years on the ecoFIT pure when it is fitted by a myREWARDS installer and registered with a Vaillant boiler protection kit. Ask us to confirm the exact cover your installation qualifies for before you order.
Which Vaillant boilers do you fit?
The Vaillant ecoTEC pro combi at £2,250 fitted and the Vaillant ecoFIT pure combi at £2,400 fitted. The ecoTEC pro comes in 24kW, 28kW and 30kW combi outputs; the ecoFIT pure comes in 25kW, 30kW and 35kW. We also fit Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Glow-worm, Ideal and Baxi MainEco.
What is the difference between the ecoTEC pro and the ecoFIT pure?
The ecoFIT pure is the more compact unit, described by Vaillant as small enough to fit in a kitchen cupboard, with a rear flue option and a hot water flow rate of up to 14.1 litres per minute. The ecoTEC pro is the more straightforward combi and comes in slightly smaller outputs. Both carry the same two-year standard Vaillant guarantee. The £150 difference in our fitted price reflects the appliance, not the labour.
What happens if the guarantee is not registered in time?
Vaillant requires the guarantee to be registered within 30 days of installation. Its terms state that failing to register within that period results in the guarantee reverting to 12 months from the date of installation. We register the boiler for you at the point of installation so the deadline is not missed.
Do I have to service the boiler every year?
Yes, if you want to keep the guarantee. Vaillant requires the boiler to be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer in line with the manufacturer's instructions, and the Benchmark logbook must be completed at installation and kept on site for inspection. The cost of the annual service is not included in the guarantee. We can put your service in the diary each year.
