Couldn’t recommend Liverpool Heating more highly. From our first contact with John, following our previous boiler finally dying a death, he was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He provided a quote quickly with a range of boiler options and, after agreeing on the best option for us, John’s communication was first-rate. His quote was also significantly more competitive than one we had received from a leading national provider, making Liverpool Heating particularly good value for the level of service offered. He kept us updated on when the work could be completed and sent over an itemised quote for our records. On the day, Richard arrived exactly on time and worked diligently removing the old boiler and fitting our new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 2000. He also spotted that the previous condensate pipe had become detached and made sure this was rectified. We also had a Hive installed, and Richard provided a helpful walkthrough of setting up the app, getting everything connected and showing us how to use the thermostat. Brilliant service John was brilliant when visiting going through everything so i understood exactly what he was talking about. The installation team again the 3 lads (Richy) who was the lead engineer were all so professional tidy and very attentive, taking me step by step through the process. The explanation on how the Adia system works was explained by Richy too which he did a brilliant job in explaining to both me and my partner we a thrilled with are experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to lower energy bills or even come of the gas grid completely you will not be disappointed!! Thank you to John and the team for not only cutting our bills but in the process actually making our home look a lot better with the full pipe refit that you also carried out!! It looks brilliant compared to the old piping that was tired and worn and probably in all truth not fit for purpose! From the initial enquiry through to completion, the customer service was excellent and the whole process was handled professionally. Not only was the price much better than the quote I received from British Gas, but I also saved money while benefiting from a Worcester Bosch 10-year guarantee, which was double the 5-year guarantee offered by British Gas. John, Ritchie and Andy were fantastic throughout the whole journey. From the first point of organising the comprehensive survey, John spent a significant amount of time understanding my homes needs. The installation was booked for two weeks following us agreeing a design. The installation process itself was really impressive. The quality of the work completed by the team was fantastic, with details regularly checked regularly routing of pipes and installation of radiators, and advice given re most effective solution. The heat pump system is working really well - we are delighted. I would highly recommend John and the team from Liverpool heating.
